摘要
用实验的方法研究电火花微细加工中放电能量在极间的分配和对电极损耗的影响,并研究工具电极材料和工件材料对电极损耗的影响。实验表明,从减小电极损耗,增加有用功率出发,电火花微细加工应使用微能窄脉冲电源。
In this paper,distribution and influence on tool electrode wear of discharge energy in micro- EDM process are researched by experiment.Influence of tool and workpiece materials on tool electrode wear is described also.It is found from experimental results that micro-energy and short pulse duration power should be used for reducing tool electrode wear.
