摘要
本文根据国际SCP-ECG规定的标准,对心电信号的压缩技术进行了研究。首先研究了QRS波的识别算法,对心电信号的滤波技术进行了深入的探讨,设计了多个性能优越、高速节时的滤波器,采用自适应阈值检测技术和双阈值检测设计出一种高效、可靠的QRS波检测算法;运用信号平均技术,产生具有高精度的代表波形;对残差信号处理后进行压缩编码,最后得到一种比较理想的心电信号压缩算法。本论文采用MIT/BIH数据库对算法进行检验,并通过监护仪采集的心电信号进行检验,证明达到了理想的效果。
This paper according to the international standards of SCP-ECG, does main re- search on the compression technique of the Electrocardiology signal. At first doing some re-search on identification method of QRS wave, the paper does carefully research on the filter technique of ECG. Many advantageous and high speed filters are designed- Adopting adaptive thresholds detector and two sets of thresholds, a high efficiency QRS detector method is de signed. By signal averaging technique, it yields a high resolution representative cycle- After the residual signal is processed and coded, finally an ideal compression technique of the ECG signal is got.In this paper R-P method was tested using MIT/BIH arrhythmia database and was tested by the ECG signal from monitor and was proved to arriveat desired result.
