分析了摩托车前壳塑件的成型工艺,详细阐述了该摩托车前壳注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过对该塑件的结构分析,合理的安排了三个侧抽芯机构和冷却系统,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高,重点阐述了侧抽芯机构和冷却系统的设计要点。
Analyzed the molding process of the mobile phone shell, elaborated in detail structure design points and working process of the injection mold, through using core-pulling mechanism combined with fixed mold slide, moved mold slide and moved mold angle ejection, enchanced mold's service life and the reliability greatly.
