浙江省职业体育俱乐部运动员保险现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Professional Athletes' Insurance in Zhejiang Professional Sports Clubs

首先论述职业运动员面临的几大职业风险,通过对浙江省两大职业俱乐部的职业运动员保险现状进行调查访谈,并与专业运动员的保险作一比较,找出其存在问题与不足,从而提出职业运动员保险发展的相关对策:加大保险宣传力度,转变运动员保险观念,提高保险意识;建立职业俱乐部运动员的"自我保险"体系;建立职业运动员的"再就业保险制度";加强体育保险立法,建立健全体育社会保险体系;制定特殊政策,扩大保险主体规模,建立专业体育保险机构.

The paper discusses some professional risks about professional athletes, and finds out some existing problems and drawbacks by researching and interviewing on the present athletes＇ insurance situation of two professional sports clubs and comparing it with major athletes＇ in Zhejiang province, puts forward countermeasures for professional athletes＇ insurance development, advocates more strongly in athletes insurance, improves athletes attitude towards insurance, establishes ＂insurance by ourselves＂ system for athletes, draws up system of professional athletes＇ reworking, a law for sport insurance and establish and improve social sport insurance system, as well as extraordinary policy in order to expand the scale of insurance and set up professional sport insurance institute.
