摘要
用矢量表示了虚轴钻头刃磨机的基本结构,根据圆锥面钻尖的磨削参数,采用矢量变换推导了在虚轴机床上刃磨圆锥面钻尖的运动方程,进而求出杆长矢量,作为机床运动控制的依据。
The basic structure of a virtual axis drill point grinder is expressed by spatial vectors.Based on the grinding parameters of a conical drill point,kinematic equations for the grinding operation are developed via vector matrix transformation.This in turn results in the leg vectors of the machine,which can be used for controlling the movement of the machine.
