摘要
采用现场测温、正交试验现场浇注、计算机凝固数值模拟等方法,研究了铸钢件冒口位置与补缩特性的关系。结果表明:铸钢件冒口离开热节,放在近热节的次热节处,利用冒口根处形成接触热节和冒口补缩液的流通效应,实现动态顺序凝固的工艺原则是可行的。动态顺序凝固与传统几何顺序凝固相比,有利于防止收缩缺陷,提高铸钢件的致密度,提高冒口补缩效率,节约金属。
