圆环驻波超声波马达振子的有限元分析及振型测试 被引量:2

摘要 采用有限元方法比较系统地分析了圆环驻波超声波马达振子弹性体的结构尺寸对其固有频率的影响,为设计和加工振子提供了理论依据;通过有限元比较精确地计算了马达振子B14振型的固有频率。经对振子试机的振型测试,验证了有限元分析的准确性。 お? In this paper, FEM is used to analyze systematically the effect about the dimensions of the elastic body of vibrator versus its natural frequency. Such gives the theoretic base for the motor's design and fabrication. The natural frequency of the vibrator is calculated by FEM. The vibration mode of the vibrator's prototype is measured, and the calculated result of FEM is verified.
