摘要 眩晕是临床常见的主诉之一,与神经系统疾病息息相关。本文主要探讨临床常见的以眩晕为突出表现的神经系统疾病,如卒中、偏头痛、癫痫、情感障碍、旋转性椎动脉综合征、多发性硬化等,以及眩晕的诊断。 Vertigo, a common clinical complaint, is closely linked with neurologic diseases. This article summarizes many neurologic diseases （ including stroke, migraine, epileptic vertigo, psychiatric abnormalities, rotational vertebrobasilar insufficiency, and multiple sclerosis） with vertigo as one of its main symptoms, and introduces the diagnostic methods of vertigo.
