摘要
分析了设计技术规格书中给出的煤制油工程中加氢反应器焊接和热处理程序,认为该制造程序存在不合理性。通过不同焊评试验进行了验证,提出了更合理的制造程序,从而可以降低设备制造成本,并获得更高的设备制造质量。
With an analysis on the design technique specification in welding and heat treatment to the hydrogenation reaction chamber for coal oil engineering, it shows that the manufacturing procedure exists some unreasonable aspects. Through different welding procedure qualification experiments, we have issued a more reasonable manufacturing procedure, which can lower the cost of equipments manufacturing, and obtain a higher quality of equipments manufacturing.
