摘要
报道了本项目组发明的Al2O3基新型高性能半导体陶瓷气体传感器材料及用以制造氢气体传感器的研究结果。这类新型气体传感器具有工作温度低、气体选择性好、检测灵敏度与气体浓度呈近似线性关系、响应时间和恢复时间快、抗湿性能好等明显优点,可望进行工业规模的生产。
A new series of gas sensing materials,which were Al2O3based semiconducting ceramics, were invented recently by our research group. Hydrogen gas sensors were made from the ceramics with Al2O3 and different additives. It was showed that hydrogen gas sensors possessed advanced propertics, such as lower working temperature, excellent gas selectivity, nearly linear relationship between sensitivity and gas concentration (volume ratio).faster response and recovery time and very good antihumidity. It was also showed that these sensors could be manufactured in a large sacale.
