打断支线条算法及其在焊缝图像处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 对于有较强噪声的真实图像,在细化后的图像中经常会出现有用线条具有分支而噪声线条由多条分支构成的情况,从而影响信息提取的精度和多幅图像处理结果的稳定性。为了有效地去除这样的分支线条,采用先打断支线条,再用尺寸滤波器将其滤除的思路,提出一种利用邻域运算打断支线条的算法。该算法的功能为在保持主线条上两个分支连通的基础上,打断支线条与主线条之间的连通性。焊缝图像处理结果证明,该算法能够快速有效地打断分支,保证多幅图像处理结果的稳定性。 For the real image with strong noise, the cases often appear that there are branches on the useful lines and that noise line consists of many branches in the thinned image. It is difficult to extract accurate information from the useful line with branches and to remove the noise line comprising many branches via size filter. Aiming at solving these problems, the strategy that is firstly to break the branches and then to remove them by using size filter is taken, and a breaking branches algorithm is proposed. The function of the algorithm is to break the lateral branch from the two main branches. The results of welding seam image processing show that the branches can be broken quickly and effectively by using this algorithm, which is helpful to the stabihty of the continuous image processing.
