紫外线诱导的面部毛细血管扩张动物模型的建立

摘要 目的:为筛选治疗面部毛细血管扩张药物建立动物模型。方法:采用260~350nmUVB和340~400nmUVA长期照射大鼠背部裸露皮肤,通过HE染色观察大鼠皮肤组织学变化。结果:与空白组大鼠皮肤相比较,各组大鼠皮肤均出现不同程度的毛细血管扩张,造模成功。结论:本实验所研究的造模方法简便易行,经济可靠,可复制性强。 Objective To establish animal model for evaluation of drugs facial telangiectasia. Methods The dorsal hairless rats were exposed to ultraviolet A (UVA340N400nm) and ultraviolet B (UVB260-350nm) for a long-term.To observe the degree of skin damage by HE strain. Results The telangiectasia of each group was differently obvious that they compared to control group. The animal model of facial telangiectasia was copied successfully. Conclusions The study on construction of animal modle was investigated. The method is easy, economic and repeatable. It can be generally used for facial telangiectasia study.
