摘要 先天性下颌下唇正中裂是一种很少见的先天性颅面畸形，根据Tessier分类法属于30号颅面裂。症状可从轻微的红唇切迹，到较重的下颌骨裂、舌骨缺如、胸骨裂及其他伴随症状。本病发病率低，病情程度不同，因此在病因、治疗方面仍存在分歧。特别是对于下颌骨正中裂的治疗时机、手术方式仍未达成共识。
