珠宝首饰营业员素质模型的构建研究

摘要 采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)和问卷调查法相结合对珠宝首饰营业员应具备的素质进行了市场调查。在此基础上,分析、归纳、总结了珠宝首饰营业员素质所包含的内容,对模型的结构进行了研究,建立了珠宝首饰营业员素质模型。该模型由礼仪、态度、技能、知识、豁达和策略6个素质维度组成,将这6个素质维度组合形成了CASKET宝盒模型。该模型能为珠宝企业招聘、培养和考核营业员提供参考意见,也能为珠宝首饰营业员创造良好的绩效、完善自我提供依据。 A competence of jewelry salesperson is investigated in the market research through Behavioral Event Interview(BED and questionnairs. The content of the competence of jewelry salesperson is analysed, concluded and summed up on the basis of the investigation, and the structure of the model is studied,establishing the competence structure model for jewelry salesperson. The model is composed of six dimensions, namely comity, attitude, skill, knowledge, elasticity and tactics, forming the CASKET Model. This model would provide some ref- erences for the jewelry enterprises in recruiting, training and checking up the salesperson. As well it would help the jewelry salesperson create the good performances and provide a basis for self-perfection.
