摘要
选取胜利滩海油田所用的活性聚合物乳液,通过实验测定聚合物溶液的流变性,提出了用两种流变模式来描述其流动特性:当剪切速率小于极限剪切速率时聚合物溶液表现出幂律流体特征;当剪切速率大于极限剪切速率时聚合物溶液表现出牛顿流体特征。通过聚合物溶液在管道中的剪切速率来判别其流变模式,并计算不同管径下聚合物溶液配注时的沿程阻力损失,由此来选择合适的注聚管道的管径,以提高注聚合物驱油效果。
The rheological behavior of polymer so- lution was described in following two patterns by measuring the living polymer used in Shengli offshore oilfield: the behavior of polymer solution acted as power law fluid feature when the rate of shear was smaller than ultimate rate of shear while the behavior feature acted as Newtonian fluid when the rate of shear was higher than ultimate rate of shear. The theological pattern was defined by rate of shear of polymer solution flowing in pipe and the on way resistance loss of polymer solution was calculated for different pipe diameter, by which to se lect proper polymer injection pipe and raise polymer flooding effect.
