摘要
以最低制造成本为目标函数,对X62W型铣床主传动系统进行优化设计,在保持传动结构和参数不变的情况下,减少了结构尺寸和齿轮模数,降低了制造成本.
An optimum design of the main transmission system for model X62W milling machine was made,aiming at attaining the objective function of a minimum manufacturing cost. As a result of the optimum design,the physical dimension and module of gear were reduced,thus cutting down its manufacturing cost while keeping the layout and parameters of the original transmission system unchanged.
