At the invitation of the All- China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, a 24-member delegation from Gunma Prefecture, Japan, visited Beijing and Dalian, in northeastern China＇s Liaoning Province, from January 12-17. The delegation was headed by Shigehara Akio, Deputy Governor of Gunma Prefecture. Onozato Mitsutoshi, DeputySpeaker of the prefectures parliament, served as the delegation＇s consultant.
