On the Building China's Current Administrative Ethics——To Unswervingly Develop Socialist Democratic Politics and the Moral Construction of the Party's Ruling

胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中讲的"坚定不移发展社会主义民主政治"的思想,蕴含了丰富的马克思主义伦理学思想。"坚定不移发展社会主义民主政治"对执政党的执政道德提出了更高要求,党的执政为民理念必须与维护社会公正的现实要求结合起来,党的执政方式必须符合现代民主社会发展对民主执政的要求,执政者必须履行更大的社会道德责任,发挥社会主义民主建设引领者的作用,执政者必须以全心全意为人民服务作为道德理想的最高境界。

General Secretary Hu Jintao, in his report at the 17th congress, stresses ＂ the unswerving development of socialist democratic politics,＂ which contains a wealth of Marxist Ethics thinking. To unswervingly develop socialist democratic politics has set a higher moral requirements of the party＇s ruling philosophy. To govern for the people must combine with the demand of safeguarding social justice. The party＇s ruling must be consistent with the requirements of democratic governance under the development of a modern democratic society. Those in power must fulfill greater social and moral responsibility to play the leading role in building socialist democracy. Those in power must regard serving the people wholebeartedly as the highest realm of moral ideal.
