统计方法用于齿形齿向预修正的试验研究

The Experiment Research of Tooth Profile and Axial Profile Premodifying by Statistical Way

探讨了用统计法获得热前剃齿预修正曲线（公差带）的方法，为齿形、齿向热处理变形精度的控制以及有关工序的研究提供了手段。该方法已应用于东风汽车变速器齿轮齿形、齿向预修正的标准中。

In this paper, the method is studied in which the shave premodifying curve (tolerance zone) is attained before heat treatment by statistical way. It is used for the control of tooth profile and axial profile heat treatment distortion accuracy and the research of relational process capacity. This method has been applied successfully to drawing up and carrying out the premodifying standard of tooth profile and axial profile of the transmission gear of Dong Feng Motor Corporation.
