胃癌外科治疗若干问题的思考 被引量：2

摘要 半个世纪以来，随着对胃癌外科治疗的深入研究，我国胃癌术后5年生存率已提高至40％～50％。但近10未见有新突破。因此，我国胃癌外科治疗的研究仍有较大的提升空间，如：进展期胃上部癌标准根治术的规范化、进展期胃癌综合治疗的推行、腹腔镜手术的基础研究与适应证的掌握等方面均是值得继续努力探索的新课题。
