摘要 经自然腔隙穿腔内镜手术(natural orifice tranluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)是一种全新观念的外科手术,其最大的优势在于消除了体表手术瘢痕,适用于一些特殊人群的手术需要。目前亟待解决的关键问题是开发适用于NOTES的手术器械、建立安全的穿腔入路关闭方法,以及完善专科医师的培训制度。 Natural orifice tranluminal endoscopic surgery, NOTES is a noval surgical method whose major advantage is the diminishing of surgical scar, thus is benefical to a subgroup of special patients. The key issues related to the development of NOTES are the invention of instrument satisfing the clinical demand, the setting up of safe method of closing the transluminal access and the training of doctors.
