UHMWPE复合材料砂浆磨损性能研究

摘要 以还原Fe粉、SiO2、MoS2为填料对UHMWPE进行改性,采用模压烧结成型法制备了改性塑料,通过砂浆磨损性能的测试表明:改性塑料的砂浆磨损率均高于纯UHMWPE,加入还原Fe粉和MoS2填料后,改性塑料的磨损率曲线呈反"V"型;加入填料SiO2后,改性塑料的磨损率曲线近似呈"V"型,含量在6%时磨损率达到最小值,为5.66×10-5mm-2。 UHMWPE is modified by reduction iron power, molybdenum disulfide and silicon dioxide, then modified plastics is gained by compression molding and sintering method. From the data of mortar wearing, it shows that the mortar wearing rate of the composites is higher than pure UHMWPE. The type of mortar wear rate has "A"-type by adding reduction iron power and molybdenum disulfide.But the type of mortar wear rate had "V"-type by adding silicon dioxide and the mortar wear rate, which was 5.66× 10^-5 mm^-2 , is best when the amount of silicon dioxide is 6%.
