摘要
本文以显示窗模具为例详细阐述了两板式侧浇口注射模具的结构设计要点与工作过程,在结合自己多年实践经验的基础上通过采用MPI软件进行流动分析,最后得出了一道合理而实用的流道系统方案,使得模具的缺陷大大降低,进而提高了塑件的内在质量和改善其工作性能。
With the display window mould as an example, the main design point and working process of the edge gate injection mould of two plates are stated in detail .Last I educe a sort of reasonable runner system project by MPI software based on my practice experience .It reduces the disfigurement of the die , improves the plastic＇s inherent quality and ameliorates the work capability of left-right bracket.
