令人意想不到的是，在全球正弥漫经济危机的阴霾下，世界最大的私营医疗器械公司库克高调宣布，将于2009年在上海建立一个区域共享服务中心，以满足亚洲地区迅速增长的医疗设备的市场需求。更令人意想不到的是，库克开拓中国市场将尝试把部分高端产品直接销售到医院，减少代理层级。

It is difficult to say which is between the two modes of direct sale and the agent sale,however,under the system and market circumstance of China,the direct sale could not solve all problems caused by the agent sale.
