摘要
目的以免疫组织化学方法检测上皮性卵巢肿瘤中缺氧诱导因子-1α、多药耐药相关蛋白的表达,探讨乏氧对上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学技术检测HIF-1α、MRP在上皮性卵巢癌、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达。结果HIF-1α、MRP在上皮性卵巢癌组织中阳性率显著高于交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和良性卵巢肿瘤;HIF-1α、MRP的表达存在密切的相关关系;HIF-1α和MRP表达阴性患者的3年存活率与化疗缓解率明显高于阳性表达患者(均P<0.001)。结论HIF-1α和MRP之间有协同作用,引起患者的临床化疗耐药并带来不良预后;联合检测HIF-1α和MRP的表达对上皮性卵巢癌患者的临床化疗疗效判断和预后估计具有积极的指导作用。
Objective To evaluate the expression of HIF-1α and MRP in epithehal ovarian tumor by immunohistochemistry and analyse the association among their expressions,which may reveal the role of hypoxia in the pathogenesis and progression of ovarian caricinoma. Methods The expression of HIF-1 α and MRP in epithelial ovarian cancer,bordhne tumor and benign ovarian tumor tissues were evaluated using immunohistochemistry respectively. Results The positive rates of HIF-1 αand MRP in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were significantly higher than benign and borderline tumors; The expression of HIF-1 αand MRP had correlation with each other;The 3-year survival rate and clinical remission rate were significantly lower in patients who have HIF-1α and MRP positive expression than the negative group (all P〈0.001 ). Conclusion HIF-1αand MRP has synergistic effect in their expression so as to induce tumor drug resistance. Detection of HIF-1α in combination with MRP will provide a promising method to evaluate the effect of chemical therapy and prognosis estimation in ovarian carcinoma.
