摘要
目的临床观察碘伏预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的效果。方法实验组术前、术后使用0.5%碘伏原液作口腔内及拔牙区消毒数分钟,并用浸有碘伏原液的棉(纱)球压迫拔牙创面30min。对照组术后使用1%碘酊消毒口内及拔牙区,术后常规用消毒干棉(纱)球压迫拔牙窝30min止血。结果实验组有1颗(例)发生干槽症,发生率为0.31%(1/321),而对照组有15颗(例)发生干槽症,发生率为4.72%(15/318),两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=12.70,P=0.0004)。结论使用0.5%碘伏消毒对下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的发生有较好的预防效果。
Objective To discuss the effects of 0.5% povidoneiodine on the prevention of dry socket caused by impacted mandibular third molar extraction. Methods 700 cases of impacted mandibular third molar extracted were divided into two groups, subject group and control group. The former given the treament of 0.5% povidoneiodine before and after operation and the latter only given 1% iodine tincture and dry cotton ball cleansed after operation staying for 30 min. Results There was only one person infected with dry socket 321 cases returned among 350 cases in subject group,with the incidence rate of 0.31% and in control group there was 15 cases infected with dry socket 318 cases retumed among 350 cases, with the incidence rate of 4.72%. There was clear statistical significance( χ^2=12.70,P = 0.0004) between them. Conclusion The result demonstrates that the povidoneiodine can prevent the occurrence of dry socket.
