摘要
目的探讨一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法采用大脑中动脉阻断法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,分光光度法检测脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清及脑组织NO/NOS的浓度变化。结果脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠NO/NOS含量较正常大鼠显著增高(P<0.05)。结论NO/NOS在脑缺血再灌注损伤中可能起着重要作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of nitric oxide(nitric oxide, NO) and nitric oxide synthase(nitric oxidesynthetase, NOS) in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by 60min of middle cerebral artery occlusion and followed by 3d reperfusion, after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats model was established, NO/NOS concentration change of serum and brain tissue was determinated by absorption spectrometry. Results NO/NOS content in cerebral isehemia-reperfusion injury rats was significantly higher than control group(P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion NO/NOS may play an important role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
