胰岛素抵抗联合脉搏波速及踝臂指数预测冠心病 被引量:3

摘要 多种危险因素共同作用导致了冠心病的发生。除了年龄、性别、家族史等不可控因素外,其余危险因素均已被证实干预治疗可降低冠心病发病率。而引起一系列生理代谢紊乱的核心是胰岛素抵抗,血管壁病变早期发现和干预是预防心血管事件的关键。肱踝脉搏波速度和踝臂指数是两个相互独立的无创性、敏感性指标,两者相互结合可以有效地评估心血管危险因素的危害程度,特别是IR联合baPWV及ABI预测冠心病国内尚未见报道。
