500例锁骨骨折手术治疗的体会

Surgery Experience of Clavicular Fracture in 500 Cases

目的探讨不同内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法近6年来收集500例手术治疗锁骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果随访6～12个月,锁骨钢板和锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨骨折优良率达100%,克氏针治疗锁骨骨折愈合率92.8%。结论锁骨钢板和锁骨钩钢板是手术治疗股骨骨折的首选的内固定方法,但是克氏针内固定也有它的使用范围。

Objective To explore the therapy effectiveness of the different methods of internal fixation treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods To collect 500 cases of patients of clavicular fracture with surgical treatment in the last 6 years. Results The follow-up period was from 6 to 12 months, the excellent cure rates of surgery treatment of clavicular fracture with clavicle plate and clavicular hook plate was 100.0%, the cure rates of treatment of clavicular fracture with kirschner was 92.8%. Conclusion Surgery treatment of clavicular fracture with clavicular plate and clavicular hook plate is the first choice method of fixation, however fixation with kirschner also use it.
