老年股骨颈骨折86例围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing on Femoral Neck Fracture in Old People

目的总结老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的护理经验,提高护理水平,保证病人尽早康复。方法根据老年股骨颈骨折患者的特点,对86例老年股骨颈骨折患者有针对性地实施科学护理对策。结果该组86例老年股骨颈骨折患者住院20～52d均痊愈出院,未出现并发症。结论积极治疗原发病,加强心理疏导,严密观察围手术期的病情变化,预防并发症的发生,耐心指导功能锻炼是促进骨折愈合、保证股骨颈骨折手术成功的重要因素。

Objective To summarize and elevate the nursing level of the aged patients with femoral neck fracture and improve rehabilitation. Methods 86 cases of the aged patients with femoral neck fracture were collated in recent 5 years and perioperative observation and nursing were analysed retrospectively, especially aimed at the clinical characteristics of the aged patients with femoral neck fracture. Results All the cases were cured by perioperative nursing intervention. No complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion The results show that intercurrent disease early, strengthen psychological counseling,observing closely perioperation, requiring management of after operation complications, functional exercise guide are important factors to accelerate fracture healing and ensure operation success.
