健康教育在高血压病患者中的应用

The Effect of Health Education in the Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨健康教育在高血压病诊治中的作用。方法将63例高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组加健康教育,所有患者在入院时及出院时行使健康知识得分及服药依从性问卷调查。结果两组干预后,健康知识得分明显优于干预前(P<0.01),干预后观察组又明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育可提高高血压病患者健康知识水平和服药依从性。

Objective To discuss the effect of health education in the diagnosis and treat of hypertension. Methods Divided 63 hypertensive patients randomly into experimental and blank group. The blank group was given routine nurse, and the experimental one was added health education. The health knowledge investigation and the compliance questionnaire were carried in all patients. Results After intervention, the health knowledge scores were higher than the beginning （P〈0.01） and the experimental group was higher than the blank group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health education can improve the health knowledge level and the medication compliance of hypertensive patients.
