摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT三维血管成像(CTA3D)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值及后处理方法的应用情况。方法回顾性分析43例行CTA检查发现有颅内动脉瘤的患者的临床资料。结果结合CTA、DSA和术中所见,43例颅内动脉瘤在诊断中CTA漏诊2例,DSA漏诊3例。结论64排螺旋CT经MIP、VR及3D等成像,均立体、直观地清楚显示动脉瘤体及瘤颈的部位和大小,脑血管CTA3D是一种安全、无创而且有诊断价值的颅内动脉瘤的诊断方法,且恰当的后处理方法是更好显示颅内动脉瘤病变的关键。
Objective To discuss the application of 64-slice spiral CT angiography 3-Dimensionial imaging (CTA-3D) in patients with intracranial aneurysm. Methods 43 cases of CTA 3D of intracranial aneurysm disease were retrospectively analyzed. Date reconstraction was managed by real time 3D and volume rendering (VR), some by maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiple planner reformation (MPR) in working station. Results Combining CTA,DSA and intraoprative findings,2 cases were missed with CTA,and 3 cases were missed with DSA. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CTA can clearly display with the source,size and neck width by MIP,VR and 3D. 64-slice spiral CTA angingraphy imaging of intracranial aneurysm is safe and useful in thg diagnosis and follow up of intracranial aneurysm. Appropriate post-processing method is a key to show intracranial aneurysm lesions better.
