53例肾上腺肿瘤的B超和CT诊断价值分析

The Significance of Imaging Diagnosis for Adrenal Tumor(Report of 53 Cases)

目的探讨B超、CT对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断价值,便于指导临床治疗。方法分析53例经手术、病理证实为肾母细胞瘤的B超、CT表现。结果B超和CT对肾上腺肿瘤的定位诊断率分别为89%和97%,定性诊断准确率分别为65%和78%。在皮质腺瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤及肾上腺皮质癌等不同的组织类型间,B超和CT具有相对特异的表现。结论B超和CT检查可以提供肾上腺肿瘤的定位和定性诊断,在诊断和治疗中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the B-ultrasonography,CT diagnosis of adrenal tumors value,easy to direct the clinical treatment. Methods Analysis of 53 cases by operation and pathology confirmed nephroblastoma B-ultrasonography,CT performance. Results The results of B-ultrasonography and CT of adrenal tumors diagnosis rates were 89% and 97%,qualitative diagnostic accuracy rates were 65% and 78%. In cortical adenoma,pheochromocytoma and adrenocortical carcinoma,such as different types of organizations,B-ultrasound and CT had a relatively specific performance. Conclusion B-ultrasound and CT examination can provide the positioning of adrenal tumors and qualitative diagnosis,in the diagnosis and treatment of an important application value.
