摘要
目的探讨肺栓塞(PE)的发病机制、临床特点、影象学表现、诊断标准和治疗方法,提高临床疗效。方法对51例PE患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者痊愈28例好转20例死亡3例。结论提高诊断意识,有针对性的进行特异性检查是确诊PE的关键。早期溶栓抗凝疗法能提高患者的治愈率。
Objective To analyze the pathology, clinical characteristics, imaging finding standard of diagnosis and methods of treatment of pulmonary embolisml Methods Retrospective study of the clinical treatment data of 51 patients with pulmonary embolism was performed. Results 28 cases were cured. 20 cases were improved.5 cases died. Conclusion The key of diagnosing PE is increasing the awareness of PE in clinical Practice, and the specific and special tests.
