小儿清热宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染临床观察

Scurative Effect of Xiao'er Qingrening Keli in Treating Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

目的观察小儿清热宁在治疗急性上呼吸道感染中的疗效及应用价值。方法选择300例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,随机分成治疗组(小儿清热宁颗粒)和对照组(双黄连口服液)。观察两组治疗前后临床症状和体征改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率、临床症状和体征改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小儿清热宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Xiao＇er Qingrening Keli on children with acute upper respiratory infection（AURI）, Methods 300 AURI children were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in therapy group （200） were administered with Xiao＇er Qingrening Keli and in control group（100） with Shuanghuanglian Koufuye. And then the symptoms, physical signs and duration were observed and compared. Results Therapy group＇s total effective rate was 91.50% and control group＇s 77.00%（P 〈 0.01）. Compared with control group,the cases in treatment group were more significant in disappem＇ence of symptoms and physical signs（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xiao＇er Qingrening Keli is an effective medicine in the treatment of AURI, it is worthy of application.
