自体牙移植术的临床研究

Clinical Research of the Autogenic Tooth Transplantation

目的研究自体牙移植的临床效果。方法搜集近5年来的40例(42颗牙)自体牙移植病例,术后1、3年进行随访观察,从治疗方法、牙髓治疗时机及牙齿的稳固性等多方面进行分析总结。结果1年后随访到30例35颗移植牙,成功25颗,有效12颗,失败5颗。结论自体牙移植术是纠正个别错位牙及修复一些缺失牙,快速有效的治疗方法。

Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of autologous tooth transplantation. Methods The data of forty cases（forty-tow）of tooth autotransplantation,in last five years were collected. They were followed at one year and three years aften operation, an assessment was made in terms of development and juncture of pulp therapy, and stability of transplanted teeth. Results Thirty five teeth were successfully transplanted, five were aneptable and two failed one years post operatively;dtree years later,twengy-fire teeth were still successful,twelve acceptable,and five failed. Conclusion Tooth autotransplantation is a relatively successful therapy If rapidly reaching the target to rectify malposition of individual tooth or repair a missing tooth.
