高频环形电切术治疗宫颈疾病的临床观察

High-frequency Resection Annular for the Treatment of Cervical Disease Clinical Observation

目的探讨LEEP环切电刀在治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的门诊患者560例采用LEEP手术治疗,切除病变组织或行宫颈锥切,手术标本均送病理学检查;同时观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。结果LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为97.5%(546/560),平均时间3min,出血量5.2mL,无继发性出血和感染的发生;手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。结论LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单、安全,手术时间短,出血少,术后阴道排液少,治疗效果佳;且可提供完整的病理标本,对早期诊断宫颈原位癌或微小浸润癌具有极高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of LEEP circumcision electric knife in the treatment of cervical disease. Methods 560 cases diagnosed with gynecological examination, cervical cytology screening, colposeopy and cervical biopsy for the initial of different types of cervical disease used LEEP surgery, used removal of lesions and cervical eonizatian, surgical pathology specimens were sent to check. At the same time, observe the surgery time, postoperative bleeding and effect. Results LEEP surgical treatment for cervical diseases was with success rate of 97.5% （546/560）,average time was 3 minutes, blood loss was 5.2ml, no secondary infection and bleeding occurred; surgical pathology specimens diagnosed clearly by the check. Conclusion LEEP treatment of various types of cervical disease is simple,safe,short operative time,less bleeding,less vaginal discharge and effective after good treatment; it can provide a complete pathological specimens for early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma in situ or small invasive carcinoma, has a high clinical value.
