摘要
目的了解我院抗肿瘤药物的应用现状、合理用药水平及用药趋势。方法采用金额排序和频度分析的方法对2006年1月～2007年12月抗肿瘤药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果抗肿瘤药销售金额呈上升趋势,抗肿瘤辅助药连续两年销售金额列第一位,他莫昔芬用药频度两年排名稳居榜首。结论我院抗肿瘤药物使用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强监督管理。
Objective To investigate the utilization,rational drug use level and tendency of antineoplastic drugs in our hospitol. Methods The utilization of antineoplastic drugsin our hospitol from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2007 was analyzed by sequdncing drug consumption sum and DDDs. Results Antineoplastic drugs posted year-on-year increases in sales value,with the suppleementary agents topping in sales value for two consecutive years,and Tamoxxifen topping of DDDs for two of the years. Conclusion The consumption of antineoplastic drugs is basically rational in our hospitol , despite the need for further supervisory control.
