摘要
目的探讨儿童IgA肾病的临床特征和误诊原因,以提高儿科医生对IgA肾病的诊断能力。方法回顾性分析2001年8月～2008年8月我科经肾穿活检确诊的85例IgA肾病的临床资料。结果267例原发性肾小球疾病中,IgA肾病85例(31.83%),其中30例(35.2%)被误诊为其他肾脏疾病。结论儿童IgA肾病临床表现多样,容易被误诊。肾脏免疫病理检查可准确诊断IgA肾病,是避免误诊的最好方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis of patients with IgA nephropathy,so as to improve the diagnosis of IgA nephropathy. Methods 85 patients were diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy,the clinical data of them were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 267 patients with primary glomerular diseases, 85 cases（31.38% ） were IgA nephropathy and 30 cases of them（35.2% ） were misdiagnosed as other renal diseases. Conclusion Clinical manifestations of IgA nephropathy were multiple and it was prone to be misdiagnosed. Immunopathology of the kidney biopsy is the best way to be diagnosed definitely and avoid misdiagnosis.
