摘要 NK细胞是除T、B细胞之外的第三类淋巴细胞,具有独特功能的细胞亚群。NK细胞既是重要的外向性自然防御细胞,又是体内多种免疫细胞的调节细胞。不仅具有溶解靶细胞(某些肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞)的能力,而且还兼有重要的生理性免疫调节作用,在临床造血干细胞移植和抗肿瘤中发挥重要作用,被认为是机体免疫中不可忽视的细胞。研究发现,某些疾病的发生、发展及转归都与NK细胞有着密切的关系。 The NK cell is the third lymphocyte,except T,B ceils and a kind of cell subgroup having a unique function. The NK cell is not only the important extroversion nature defense cell,but also the adjustment cell for many kinds of immune cells in vivo. It not only has the ability to dissolve target cells(certain kinds of tumor cell and virus infection cell),but it also has the important physiologic immune function,and plays an important role in the clinical hematopoietic stem cell transplant and anti-tumor work.It was consid- ered as a noticeable cell in organism immunity. Research discovered that the occurrence,development and transformation of certain diseases also has a close relationship with the NK cell.
