摘要
针对单张纸胶印机的椭圆齿轮变速输纸机构,在运动学分析的基础上,依据达朗伯尔原理对该机构建立了动力学分析数学模型,利用Matlab对其进行编程计算,得到输纸速度、输纸加速度的变化规律以及各齿轮转轴和啮合点处的受力情况,为机构的分析设计提供了理论依据。
According to the d＇alembert principle, the dynamic analysis model of elliptic gear speed-shifting mechanism, which is used in offset press, is pointed out on the basis of kinematic analysis. Computer program is compiled and calculation is executed in Matlab. Force conditions of each gear＇s shaft and mesh point as well as variation of speedshifting velocity and acceleration are obtained, which provide theoretical basis for analysis and design of the mechanism.
