摘要
基于实际生产试验数据和参数,对90 t顶底复吹转炉08Al钢冶炼效果进行了研究。结果显示,冶炼终点C-O反应偏离平衡较远,钢水过氧化较严重;终渣碱度大约为4.5左右时,硫和磷在渣-钢间的分配系数都获得最大值,脱硫和脱磷效果最好;终渣TFe的增加对脱磷有利,对脱硫和提高钢水残锰量不利。
Based on actual production data and parameters, the smelting effects of 08Al steel in a 90 t top-bottom combined blowing converter were studied. The results showed that C-O reaction at smelting end-point deviated away from the balance and the molten steel was peroxided severely. When the alkalinity of final slag were about 4.5, the partition coefficients of both sulfur and phosphorus between the slag and steel were maximum and desulphurization and dephosphorization effects were the best. Increasing TFe content of the slag benefited dephosphorization and was unfavorable to desulphurization and increasing remainder manganese of molten steel.
