摘要 目的:了解山西省妇幼保健院门诊患者对卫生服务的反应性。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对该院门诊患者500人开展调查,采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行统计描述。结果:在该院就诊的患者受尊重程度较高,医患双方能进行很好的交流,患者有选择医院和医生的自主权,对患者的身体隐私情况保密程度高,患者对就医环境和医疗费用的查询反应性水平高。部分患者认为就医候诊时间过长。结论:患者对山西省妇幼保健院门诊反应性评价较高,但在就医候诊时间上应采取措施得以改善。 Objective:The analysis is to show the patients' responsiveness in the out-patient department of Women and Children's Hospital (WCH) of Shanxi province. Method: 500 outpatients were inquired in WCH of Shanxi province by questionnaire, and the SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) is used for statistical description. Result: Most patients gave good responses to the inquired respects such as personal dignity, intercommunication, privacy, autonomy and choice of doctors, and convenient inquiry about hospital environment and medical expenses. But some patients thought the time of waiting to see a doctor was longer than other hospitals with same degree. Conclusion: On the whole, the responsiveness of out-patients in WCH of Shanxi province was better. Furthermore, the time of waiting to see a doctor should be shortened.
