摘要
目的:研究高三学生考试焦虑现状,观察和检测情绪放松训练对考试焦虑的影响。方法:在武汉市某中学高三年级随机抽取4个同层次班级(2文、2理;1个文科班、1个理科班为实验班,另2个班为控制班),对实验班先后实施2个实验刺激,并用改编的考试焦虑问卷进行测验和统计分析。结果:高三学生总体焦虑程度一般,但仍有少数学生考试焦虑程度较高;实施实验刺激1前后,控制班与实验班两两之间的考试焦虑都没有显著差异,实施实验刺激2之后,文科实验班与理科实验班的考试焦虑仍没有显著差异;男女生和文理科学生的考试焦虑没有显著差异。结论:情绪放松训练对于缓解高三学生的考试焦虑具有良好效果。
Objective: This study focuses on the status of test anxiety of grade 3 students of a senior middle school, and involves the observation and detection of the influence of emotional relaxation training on test anxiety. Method: From the grade 3 ofa Wuhan senior high school, 4 classes of the same level were taken as samples (2 humanities classes and 2 science classes, one humanities class and one science class as the experimental classes, and the other 2 classes as control classes), and the test and analysis were carried out by using revised test anxiety questionnaire after giving experimental stimuli twice to the experimental classes. Result: The result shows an average level of anxiety in the experimental classes, though there are still a few studentsin higher levels of anxiety, and there are no noticeable difference in test anxiety between the experimental classes and control classes before and after the first experimental stimuli and between humanities classes and science classes after the second experimental stimuli. Conclusion: Emotional relaxation training has a good effect on the relief of the students' test anxiety.
