Urban Energy Planning:Energy Saving Oriented Sustainable Energy Strategy in Europe

城市能量规划是以可持续发展理念为基础,以节能减排为目标,以能量平衡为导向,以可再生能源应用为措施的城市规划体系。这一有别于传统的注重空间形态和经济行为的规划策略,从能量的角度重新划分城市功能,计算城市能源的需求和CO2的排放,并设计相应规划措施,积极应用可再生能源代替传统能源,对中国城市发展及规划体系具有重要的借鉴意义。

Urban energy planning is a sustainable development concept intended to reduce energy use and the emission of greenhouse gases. This new concept differs from the traditional emphases of spatial morphology and economic behavior in traditional plans. This concept categorizes urban functions according to their level of energy consumption before making any physical plans. Urban energy plans call for traditional energy sources to be replaced by sustainable energy sources and are significant to the development of urban planning in China.
