摘要 以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,盐酸为催化剂在20℃制备具有光催化活性的TiO2溶胶。在40 W,波长253.7 nm紫外光灯照条件下,研究了活性橙K-GN染料溶液被TiO2溶胶光催化降解的可能性。研究了水的摩尔比、pH值、光照时间、染料初始浓度对降解率的影响,并且比较了TiO2溶胶与添加H2O2的溶胶的光催化活性。结果表明,当溶胶中钛酸丁酯∶水(摩尔比)为1∶100,pH值为1.0,光照时间80 min,染料初始浓度为20 mg/L时,降解率达到98%。HO可以促进TiO溶胶的处理效果,添加量为0.03%时促进效果明显。 The TiO2 sol is prepared through sol-gel method. Ti( OC4H9)4 is chosen as a precursor, and ethanol as impregnant, HCI as catalyzer. The TiO2 sol was prepared under 20 ℃. The degradation of K-GN (C. I. Reactive orange 2) , commonly used as textile dye, can be photocatalyzed by TiO2 sol under UV light. The feasibility of the photocatalytic degradation of Reactive orange 2, in aqueous solution using TiO2 sol was investigated. The effects of pH on the decoloration rate were studied under UV light with 253.7 nm of main wavelength. The optimal initial concentration of Reactive orange 2 for the process was also examined. The degradation rate reached 98% at the ultrasonic irradiation of 40 W power in 80 min. The best.conditions for maximum photocatalytic degradation were found to be pH 1.0. The photocatalytic degradation rate is high when the initial concentration of Reactive orange 2 is 20 mg/L. Using TiO2 sol and comparison between photoactivity of TiO2 sol and TiO2 sol added H2O2 reveal that,H2O2 can be used as a suitable alternative to TiO2 sol for water treatment.
