摘要 制备并表征了酸改性坡缕石负载溶胶凝胶CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3催化剂,研究了其对二氧化碳加氢合成二甲醚的活性,结果表明改性坡缕石能有效促进甲醇脱水转化成二甲醚。测定了酸浓度、焙烧温度对坡缕石催化性能的影响,并测定了温度、压力对CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3/改性坡缕石催化二氧化碳加氢制备二甲醚的活性影响,用0.2 mol/L HCl酸化,焙烧温度573 K的坡缕石负载CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3后,在553 K、3 MPa下,制备的催化剂活性最好,二甲醚的收率和选择性较高。 Acid modified polygorskite loaded uniform gel of CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3 was prepared and characterized. It was used for the hydrogenation of CO2 to form dimethyl ether. Acidified polygorskite can effectively accelerate dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether. Effect of acid concentration and calcination temperature on modified polygorskite, also as the temperature and the pressure on CuO-ZnO-Al2O3- Cr2O3/modified polygorskite on hydrogenation of CO2 to dimethyl ether were investigated, respectively. CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3/modified polygorskite shows the highest activity as polygorskite was acidified by 0.2 mol/L HCl solution and was calcined at 573 K, and hydrogenation was carried out at temperature of 553 K and pressure of 3 MPa.
