304不锈钢Na_2SO_4电解酸洗工艺的研究 被引量:6

Study of Na_2SO_4 Electrolytic Pickling Process on 304 Stainless Steel

摘要 在分析Na2SO4电解酸洗机理的基础上,试验研究了电解酸洗的影响因素(如电流密度、电解液浓度和电解液温度),并提出热轧304带钢最优电解酸洗工艺。试验结果表明,采用15%浓度的Na2SO4溶液,溶液温度为75℃,电流密度4A/dm2,阳极处理时间10 s,阴极处理时间为阳极时间2倍的电解工艺可有效去除304不锈钢表面氧化皮。 The mechanism of Na2 SO4 electrolytic pickling was investigated, the factors of electrolytic pickling, such as current density, electrolyte concentration and electrolyte temperature, were analyzed, and an optimal electrolytic pickling process was proposed. Experimental results showed the optimal processing as following, 15 % Na2 SO4 was selected at 75 ℃ ,the current density was set to 4 A/dm^2 , the time of cathode's pickling was as twice as the time of anode's pickling, which was 10 seconds. Under those conditions, the surface oxide films could be effectively removed from the 304 stainless steel.
