摘要
介绍了兴澄特钢GCr15轴承钢的生产工艺流程以及兴澄特钢GCr15轴承钢生产过程中化学成分、[H]、[O]气体含量、夹杂物和连铸过程质量控制的部分实践工作,通过过程质量控制可以提高GCr15轴承钢连铸坯的实物质量水平,满足用户使用要求。该文所提出的各种工艺参数对中国轴承钢的生产及质量的提高有重要的参考意义。
Practical work of Xingcheng Special Steel GCr15 bearing steel production process and chemical composition, [H], [O] gas content, inclusion and quality control of the continuous casting process is introduced. Through the process of quality control, the physical level of GCr15 bearing steel billet quality can be improved to meet user requirements. The various technical parameters proposed have important reference value for China＇s bearing steel production.
