摘要
针对模具高速加工的工艺,阐述了采用Pro/TOOLMAKER进行模具高速加工编程策略和走刀方式选择,并以电话机凹模为加工对象,制定合理的加工工艺和切削参数,完成模具高速加工编程。
A programming scheme for high speed processing by Pro/TOOLMAKER was described. The selection of cutting feed was stated too. The processing technology and cutting parameter for a telephone female mold were determined and the high speed processing was carried out.
